Overall good. The staff made the whole experience nice.

The bathroom could be better, but it was functional

The sunbeds by the pool have the worse material. You can't lay on them in the sun without burning your skin. Or you would need to use a towel or a fabric to protect yourself. Please do change them!

Fairly good location without being right in the centre of Nairobi. Friendly staff. Decent rooms. Reasonable breakfast. There is a pool. They have a Sports bar that also serves food.

Nothing really exciting about this hotel

Room was clean bed was ok

With check out they couldn’t print the invoice before I paid. When I looked on the screen I saw they charged me double for a breakfast. The person in the reception couldn’t change the invoice . The receptionist said they would sent me the corrected invoice by e-mail but still haven’t received it.

Old and shabby, unmaintained, overpriced. Almost anywhere else would be better.

Location convenient for where we needed to be in Nairobi. Otherwise would not have booked. Staff were friendly and nice, food was OK in restaurant (but slow service).

Pretty much everything. A very tired old and shabby hotel with rooms that do not make any standard even 1 star. To describe this on booking.com as a 4-star hotel is a joke - maybe 40 years ago but not anymore. The so-called deluxe rooms with two double beds are actually two uncomfortable single beds. Not expensive but totally overpriced for what it is, the bathroom was not clean, toilet half functioning, shower needing a special switch to get any hot water, no hot water in the sink, uncomfortable OLD beds, peeling paint, the list goes on. Nothing has been maintained on this hotel for probably 40+ years. Avoid unless you need a stay in this area.

The breakfast buffet was excellent!

The glass partition in the bathroom is dirty and disgusting. I requested for it to be cleaned twice and it was never done. The napkins in the restaurant are old and damaged and so are the towels...

Lovely staff.

Lovely staff. Really excellent breakfast selection! The restaurant was nice, and not as overpriced as some hotel restaurants. Working aircon and mossie nets. Reasonably priced hotel, great for a night or two.

The sheets were not the cleanest, nor was the bathroom where the shower was not very hot.

This hotel is not a good value based on no air conditioning

Breakfast was excellent and the rooms with the balcony were awesome Very accommodating staff

No air conditioning in the rooms No overnight guests allowed in rooms without paying additional fee of tzs 2000. Rooms are too dark I felt like I was in Iraq on the military base I was charged $10US for a lost room card No WiFi in rooms with a Balcony

Comfortable stay, good facilities.

This hotel was very comfortable - the facilities were good including breakfast, pool and two bars. The rooms were well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The staff were probably the highlight of the hotel, all being incredibly helpful during my stay. I would happily stay here again despite it being a little out of the city centre. It is easy to get an Uber or taxi into the city if required.

The hotel was great although the weather was cool when I stayed. If it had been hot it may have been more uncomfortable as there is no air-conditioning.

Everyone is very pleasant.

Everyone is very pleasant. Bedrooms are comfortable. Food at the restaurant is good. Nice swimming pool outdoors and fun gym with good music.

Restaurant can be slow at times. Bathrooms needs to be updated a bit.

Ideal if you either travel alone or for business or if you are on a budget.

Although limited in terms of variety, breakfast was good. The restaurant's staff always welcomes you with a smile which is a big plus compared to some people in reception. The security team is very friendly. Nice to have a bar to watch football on the first floor and the swimming pool bar is not bad either.

Unfortunately, the bathrooms, in general, weren't very clean. The photos displayed to advertise the hotel are not a true reflection of what the hotel is. This would be my only negative point about the hotel.

The location was great and close to most of the tourist...

The location was great and close to most of the tourist attractions. The staff's are always smiling.

My shower in the bathroom always having a problem, the wifi is too weak and there's no toothbrush/paste available. The door lock as well is not working so I can't sleep properly...

The staff especially the receptionist that revived me when I arrived

The security at the gate Who keep on asking me if I am checking out with him seeing me holding bags. My bathroom is also waterlogged after bathing. That should be looked into

Your hospitality and services are so awesome

I noticed few mosquitoes around so I would say they should try spray the rooms when the cleaners go to rooms to do their work. Apart from that it so so excellent and I will come again.
